Cancellation Policy

The Natural Kart allows customers to cancel orders under the following conditions:

1. CANCELLATION BEFORE DISPATCH

- Orders can be cancelled free of charge anytime before they are dispatched from our warehouse
- To cancel, email support@thenaturalkart.shop or call [INSERT PHONE NUMBER] with your order number
- A full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days

2. CANCELLATION AFTER DISPATCH

- Orders already dispatched cannot be cancelled
- You may refuse delivery at the time of receipt, and the product will return to our warehouse
- Once received back, a refund will be initiated (minus any shipping charges incurred)

3. CANCELLATION BY THE NATURAL KART

We reserve the right to cancel orders in the following situations:
- Product is out of stock or unavailable
- Pricing or product information errors
- Payment verification issues
- Suspicion of fraudulent activity
- Inability to deliver to the provided address

In such cases, you will be notified, and a full refund will be issued.

4. REFUND TIMELINE FOR CANCELLED ORDERS

- Prepaid orders: 5-7 business days to original payment method
- COD orders cancelled before dispatch: No refund needed (payment not collected)
