Refund & Return Policy

The Natural Kart (operated by M/s Rabbit Enterprise) is committed to customer satisfaction. This Refund & Return Policy explains your rights and our process for refunds, returns, and replacements.

1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN

You may request a return or replacement if:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or broken on arrival
- You received the wrong product (different from what was ordered)
- The product is materially different from the description on our website
- The product has manufacturing defects

2. RETURN WINDOW

Return/replacement requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Requests raised after this window may not be accepted.

3. HOW TO RAISE A REQUEST

To initiate a return or refund:

- Include: Order number, photos/videos of the issue, and a brief description

Our support team will respond within 2 business days.

4. CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS

Products must be returned:
- In original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories
- Unused and in resaleable condition (unless the issue is damage/defect)

5. REFUND PROCESSING

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method
- For prepaid orders: refund is credited to your bank account/UPI/card
- For COD orders: refund is processed via bank transfer (bank details required)

6. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following are not eligible for return:
- Products damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear
- Items returned without original packaging
- Consumed/used products (unless defective)

7. REPLACEMENT

If a replacement is requested instead of refund:
- Subject to product availability
- If not available, a full refund will be issued
