1. SHIPPING PARTNERS

The Natural Kart partners with reputed logistics providers including Bluedart, Delhivery, Shiprocket, and others to ensure reliable delivery across India.

2. SHIPPING COVERAGE

- We deliver across Pan-India to all serviceable pincodes
- Some remote locations may have limited serviceability

3. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

- Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on business days are typically processed the same day
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on Sundays/holidays are processed the next business day

4. DELIVERY TIMELINES

- Metro cities: 2-5 business days
- Tier 2 cities: 3-7 business days
- Other locations: 5-10 business days
- Remote/rural areas: 7-14 business days

These are estimates. Actual delivery times may vary based on courier service, location, weather, and other factors beyond our control.

5. SHIPPING CHARGES

- Shipping charges (if any) are displayed at checkout before payment
- Free shipping promotions, when active, will be clearly stated

6. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:
- AWB (tracking) number via SMS/email
- Tracking link to monitor delivery status

7. UNDELIVERED ORDERS

If a courier is unable to deliver after multiple attempts:
- The package may be returned to our warehouse
- We will contact you to confirm next steps
- Reattempted delivery may incur additional charges

8. DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS

- If your package arrives damaged, do not accept delivery and contact us immediately
- If a shipment is lost in transit, we will investigate with our courier partner and issue a refund/replacement after verification

9. CHANGE OF DELIVERY ADDRESS

Address changes are possible only before dispatch. Email support@thenaturalkart.shop with your order number and updated address.
